Jon Alan Enochs founded his law firm with a simple goal: help San Diego’s real estate and business leaders find practical, efficient solutions to their problems. Mr. Enochs serves San Diego real estate investors, property owners, businesses, lenders, brokers, and others by helping them with real estate disputes, commercial leases, and business law matters.
Education and Career Background
Mr. Enochs earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance from San Diego State University in 1990. After graduating, he spent almost a decade in the banking industry, dealing extensively with credit and collections on secured loans and leases. During this time, he worked with real estate agents, brokers, real estate investors, and small business owners around the country.
During his time in the banking industry, Mr. Enochs frequently hired lawyers to litigate various matters involving real estate, inclusive of foreclosure, breach of contract claims, and business claims. He quickly developed an appreciation for attorneys who focus on customer service and critical thinking. Before long, he decided to become an attorney himself.
Mr. Enochs worked by day and attended law school at night. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1999 and passed the California Bar Exam later that same year, gaining his license to practice law in California.
