Partnership Disputes

Many businesses operate either as sole proprietorships or as partnerships.  No formal agreement is required to operate as a partnership.  Most of the time a partnership is just something that evolves naturally over time.  Sometimes the partners memorialize their agreement with a written agreement.  Other times their agreement is verbal.  Frequently disputes arise between partners where the partners are not able to resolve those disputes between themselves.

I have been involved in resolving business disputes for almost twenty years now.  My approach to resolving business disputes is efficient and I am always conscientious of costs.  Never underestimate the value of picking up the phone and initiating a conversation with the opposing side to a dispute.  A simple conversation can frequently lead to the best possible resolution and prove to be an inexpensive approach compared to litigation.
